    Halifax Resolves Chapter President Ken Wilson spoke to two groups of 4th grade students and two groups of 5th grade students at Manning ES about participating in the SAR Americanism Poster Contest on January 31st. The rules and the topic of the contest was explained to 200 students who expressed great interest in participating.
