    Halifax Resolves Chapter President Geoffrey Pittard presented Ken Wilson (Old North State Chapter) with a Sons of the American Revolution Flag Certificate.  The Flag Certificate, authorized in 1987, is presented to individuals, companies, government agencies that fly the United States flag for patriotic purposes only.
