    On April 12, Flag Chairman Lee Purcell of the New Bern Chapter presented the SAR Flag Certificate to Michael Zaytoun, owner of Zaytoun Custom Cabinets in New Bern.  The Flag Certificate is presented to individuals, companies, and government agencies that fly the United States flag properly and for patriotic purposes.
