On April 17, New Bern Chapter Flag Chairman, Lee Purcell, presented a Flag Certificate to Ken Gerhardt, Facilities Manager of Carolina Colours community in New Bern.  The Flag Certificate is presented to those individuals, organizations, and companies who fly the American flag patriotically and properly.
