On October 21st, New Bern City Mayor, Dana Outlaw, and Anderson (Andy) Whittaker, a Junior at Epiphany High School and son of SAR member Russ Whittaker, were both inducted into the SAR. Dana Outlaw’s Patriot Ancestor is James Outlaw, and Andy’s Patriot Ancestor is Stephen Orcutt.
