On December 9th, Lee Purcell, NCSAR New Bern Chapter Flag Chairman, presented a Flag Certificate to Jerry Brielle Jr, Director of Golf at the Emerald Golf Club in New Bern. The SAR Flag Certificate is presented to organizations and businesses, in recognition of their “Exemplary Patriotism in displaying the Flag of the United States of America”.
