On December 2^nd, with NCSAR Chapter President Jay DeLoach in command, the New Bern Chapter Color Guard participated in a Habitat for Humanity “Home Dedication”, for Alicia Campbell and her family.  During the ceremony, New Bern Chapter Flag Chairmen, Lee Purcell, presented the family with an American Flag for their new home, and a copy of the US Constitution.
