• SAR Awards Flag Certificate to Roanoke Rapids Early College

    The Roanoke Rapids Early College was presented with a Sons of the American Revolution Flag Certificate in recognition of them properly flying the United State flag for Patriotic reasons. The certificate was presented to Principal Ms. Tammie Williams and Social Studies teacher Mr. Ryan Stowinsky by Halifax Resolves NC SAR member Ken Wilson.
