Halifax Resolves Chapter NC SAR Compatriot Ken Wilson recently attended the Court of Honor for Eagle Scout Austin Logan Johnson of BSA Troop 144, Lewis-Deanes District, East Carolina Council.  Wilson presented the new Eagle Scout with an SAR Certificate of Recognition “For outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership and citizenship evidenced by his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout.”
