Halifax Resolves NC SAR Chapter member Ken Wilson recently presented Clara Hearne Pre-K school with a Sons of the American Revolution Flag certificate.  This certificate is presented to individuals, businesses, and other organizations for properly flying the American flag for Patriotic purposes.  The certificate was accepted by Clara Hearne Preschool Coordinator Ms. Lindsey Goble and Administrative Assistant Ms. Tina Davis.
