On Saturday 13 June, the Wreath Laying Ceremony for the 246th Anniversary of the Battle of Ramsour’s Mill will occur at the battlefield near the Mass Grave at 10 AM.
Below is the link for information, registration, and the hotel block of rooms we have available. The deadline for registration and getting our group rate is 14 May 2025. If we fill all of these, the hotel will attempt to get more, however, this is a first come first served basis.

Last Day To Register For 2026 SAR Congress
June 18 is the last day to register for the 2026 Congress
LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE FROM MIDNIGHT (morning) ON 19 JUNE TO 11:55PM ON 3 JULY. At that time, registration will close. Late registrants are not guaranteed that they will receive a Congress bag, and seating at the banquets will be dependent on seating availability.
Anyone needing to be registered as a delegate after July 3 will be allowed to do so at Congress but it is not guaranteed that they will be able to attend any banquets, receive a Congress bag, or sign up for any a la carte events.
Any registration after 18 JUNE must pay the late registration fee ($150), and an additional $20 for any a la carte event added.
June 18 is also the last day to cancel a 2026 Congress Registration, and receive a 50% refund
