    The 243rd Anniversary of the Battle of Cowpens

    Wreath Laying Ceremony, US Monument, National Battlefield Visitors Center

    Only a single wreath will be presented at the Monument.

    Organizations wishing have their names recognized as wreath presenters should send the name of the organization and presenter to .  These will be compiled into a list which will be published / scrolled on the Cowpens National Battlefield Social Media accounts on the day of the event.  The deadline for registrations is Monday, January 1, 2024

    Our lunch will be provided by Lancaster’s BBQ & Wings.  The menu will be BBQ, Chicken, Baked Beans, Green Beans, Slaw, Buns, Tea, Lemonade and for dessert, Banana Pudding.  Cost per person is $20 per person.  Please make checks payable to “NCSSAR” and mail to  NCSSAR Treasurer Sam Powell as soon as possible.  His address is PO Box 2104, Burlington, NC 27216-2104.
