    Our second day of Honoring the 12 Patriots buried at Old St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Newton NC on Saturday, May 21, 2022. It was very hot, many people from SAR and DAR, family menbers of the Patriots and church members turned out for the celebration. It was a fabulous day for everyone.

    On 14 August 2021 Catawba Valley Chapter had the honor to join with The Battle of King’s Mountain Chapter to celebrate the 246th anniversary of the Signing of the Tryon Resolves. There were 4 SAR and 4 DAR Chapters represented that day and The Battle of King’s Mountain Chapter inducted a new member. HAZZAH
