On 12 April, the New Bern SAR Chapter attended the Pamlico County High School NJROTC Annual Awards Ceremony and presented the SAR JROTC Medal, and Certificate.  This year’s cadet, who was selected as for having a high degree of merit, with respect to leadership qualities, military bearing, and general excellence, was Dorin Record.
