Michael Cooper, Secretary for the Halifax Resolves Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, spoke at Oakwood Cemetery in Louisburg, NC on December 14th.  The ceremony recognized the Wreaths Across America program, whose mission is to: Remember the fallen, Honor those who serve, and Teach the next generation the value of freedom.
