    The Lower Cape Fear Chapter SAR and the Stamp Defiance Chapter DAR will conduct its annual Flag Retirement Ceremony at the flag pole in the Oakdale Cemetery 520 N 15th St, Wilmington, NC 28401 on Friday, 14 June 2019 at 9:00 AM.  If you have additional flags to retire, please have them in place at the cemtery by 8:00 AM.
