    Roanoke Rapids Christmas Parade

    The City of Roanoke Rapids has requested an SAR Color Guard lead the 2017 Christmas Parade.  The parade will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 3, 2017.  The Color Guard will assemble in the South parking lot of the Kirkwood Adams Center, 1100 Hamilton St., Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 at 1:15 and must be in place to march at 1:45.  This is a 1.5 mile march.

    A pre-event Dutch treat luncheon will be held at Ralph’s BBQ, 1400 Julian R. Allsbrook Road, Weldon, NC 27890, at 11:30.  For further information, contact Ken Wilson at (252) 537-5406 or .
