The Halifax Academy 5th grade invited Compatriot Ken Wilson of the Halifax Resolves Chapter to speak to them about the SAR Poster Contest. In addition, Compatriot Wilson told them some stories about Colonial Halifax. There were numerous questions about Compatriot Wilson’s Colonial attire.
Belmont ES 5th grade students gathered in the gymnasium to learn about the SAR Americanism Poster Contest. Halifax Resolves Compatriot Ken Wilson informed the students concerning the subject matter, rules and due date. Over 150 students attended the presentation.
