On Thursday, 3 September 2021, Bob Ainsley, SAR New Bern Chapter President, accompanied by Patrick L. Gallagher, City of New Bern Chief of Police (left) presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Capt. David A. Daniels (center), Chief of the Investigations Division, New Bern Police Department for his long-term support of the chapter and especially for his instruction and support of the Law Merit Badge Workshop during the Chapter Patriot Scout Merit Badge Workshops conducted on 10 & 24 April 2021.
