During the time capsule dedication for the Halifax County Charters of Freedom display in Halifax, NC two members of the Halifax Resolves Chapter were recognized for their efforts in bringing the project to a successful completion.  Compatriots Ken Wilson and J. Rives Manning were presented Certificates of Appreciation and glass paperweights engraved with the county seal from Halifax County Manager Tony Brown and Foundation Forward Education Director.
