On March 21, Ed Perkins, Eagle Scout Committee Chairman of the New Bern Chapter, presented an Eagle Scout Certificate of Recognition with a patch to Aaron May of Troop 683 at his Eagle Scout Court of Honor.  The Court of Honor was held at the New Hope Christian Church in New Bern.  Pictured from left to right:  Eagle Scout Aaron May and Ed Perkins.
