On March 21 at the New Bern Civil War Battlefield, Ed Perkins of the Sons of the American Revolution New Bern Chapter presented the Eagle Scout Certificate of Recognition with a patch to Jonathan Riley of Troop 13 at his Eagle Court of Honor.  At the ceremony, Glenn Druhot, Jonathan’s music teacher who made Eagle Scout 54 years ago, along with Troop 13 Scoutmaster Tim Mitchell performed the Eagle Oath with Jonathan.
