On November 18, the New Bern SAR Chapter awarded six Eagle Scout Recognition Certificates to the newly advanced Eagle Scouts of Troop 584. Troop 584 is under the leadership of Scoutmasters Paul McElearney and Kevin Helmick, a SAR Compatriot with the New Bern Chapter.
