On February 24, the New Bern Chapter presented Eagle Scout Recognition Certificates to cousins Luke and Phillip Prescott of Troop 683 in Pamlico County. Both cousins attend Pamlico High School, where Luke is a junior and a member of the Naval JROTC unit, and Phillip is a rising senior with plans to attend college in the Fall.
