New Bern Chapter President-elect Jay DeLoach was the guest speaker at the January meeting of the Halifax Resolves chapter.  His presentation, entitled “Admiral Farragutt –  The North Carolina and Spanish Connections” was very informative and captivated the attention of the membership.  At the conclusion, DeLoach was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by Halifax Resolves Chapter President David Gammon, recognizing his support of the Halifax Resolves chapter.
