Am Vets Post 101 and the Roanoke Rapids Fire Department conducted a ceremony honoring the first responders and victims who perished in the September 11, 2001 attacks.  Halifax Resolves Chapter members Ken Wilson and E.C. Bobbitt were in attendance.
