The Halifax Resolves Chapter marked the graves of three compatriots (members) during a ceremony held in the Historic Trinity Church Cemetery in Scotland Neck, NC. Markers were dedicated for Compatriots Rev. Charles Blanding DuRant, Dr. Claiborne Thweatt Smith, Sr. and Stuart Hall Hill.  The ceremony was attended by NC SAR President LTC Gary O. Green, USAF (ret.), General George Washington Chapter NC SAR VP Ron Jones, and Halifax Resolves Chapter NC DAR Regent Ms. Roberta Josey along with officers and members of the Halifax Resolves SAR chapter.  Halifax Resolves Chapter President Ken Wilson and Chaplain Rev. Duncan Jones officiated.
