The Catawba Valley Chapter SAR and Jacob Forney Chapter DAR conducted The 243 Anniversary Commemoration of The Battle Of Ramsour’s Mill “Battle Weekend”, 16 and 17 June 2023! If you missed it, well, you just missed it. General George Washington and Martha Washington joined us for both days. There were 120 seats sold for the Gala Reception on Friday evening, The food was great, the Question and Answer with General Washington was even better. There were more people than I can count on Saturday Morning for the Commemoration Service. Everyone had a great time! Enjoy the photos.
