Halifax Resolves Chapter President Ken Wilson recently presented the Richard H. Thornton Library in Oxford, NC with an SAR Flag Certificate “In Recognition of Exemplary Patriotism in the display of the Flag of the United States of America”.  Thornton Library Director Andrew Maloney accepted the certificate on behalf of the library.
