Catawba Valley Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, on 6 May 2023, had the pleasure to present Cadet Garrett Starnes, with the Bronze JROTC medal at the Cadet Awards Ceremony and Military Ball at Corwne Plaza Hotel in Hickory NC.
