Halifax Resolves Chapter member Mark Pace, in the personae of John Penn, attended the Ringing of the Bells on September 17th in Oxford, NC celebrating the adoption of the U.S. Constitution.  The event is hosted by the John Penn Chapter NC DAR in Oxford.
