The Halifax Resolves Chapter, in cooperation with Am Vets Post 101, participated in the Memorial Day ceremony at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids.  Chapter President Ken Wilson was the keynote speaker reminding the gathering of the true meaning of Memorial Day.  In addition, he presented the chapter wreath.photo courtesy www.rrspin.com
