The New Bern Chapter of the NC Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) presented a Flag Certificate to the City of New Bern. The SAR Flag Certificate is presented to organizations and businesses, in recognition of their “Exemplary Patriotism in displaying the Flag of the United States of America”.
