On 18 June, Robert Shuck of the NC SAR New Bern Chapter, presented a Flag Certificate to the Handy Mart in New Bern. The SAR Flag Certificate is presented to organizations and businesses, in recognition of their “Exemplary Patriotism in the display of the Flag of the United States of America”.
