During the SAR observance of the 243^rd Anniversary of the Halifax Resolves Halifax State Historic Site Manager Mr. Carl Burke was presented with an SAR Flag Certificate for the “Exemplary Patriotism in the display of the Flag of the United States of America”.  Halifax Resolves Chapter President David B. Gammon made the presentation.
