On Saturday, 16 March, 2019, NCSSAR New Bern Chapter President, Jay Deloach, Past Chapter President Rolf Maris, and Chapter Vice-President Bob Ainsley, along with Bob’s grandson, Rien Skeens, attended the 238th Observance of the Battle of Guilford Courthouse at the Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, Greensboro, NC.
