Wreaths Across America in Roanoke Rapids

Boy Scout Troop 144, the Halifax Resolves Chapter NC SAR and AmVets Post 101 conducted the Wreaths Across America ceremony in Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids, NC.  Following the ceremony, 99 wreaths were placed on veterans graves in four local cemeteries of which 29 were placed by the Compatriots.  This was the first Wreaths Across America ceremony held at this location in several years and is being revived by Troop 144 and the Halifax Resolves Chapter.
