During the September New Bern Chapter meeting, Rolf Maris (Chapter President), presented Gary Gillette (Chapter Registrar),with the Sons of the American Revolution “Liberty Medal and Certificate”. The Liberty Medal was originally issued on 16 July 2018, at the SAR’s 128th Congress in Houston, TX, in “recognition of Gary’s outstanding services in the recruitment of new members”.
