Haziq Valliani of BSA Troop 144, Lewis-Deanes District, East Carolina Council, was elevated to the rank of Eagle Scout at a recent Court of Honor. He was awarded the Sons of the American Revolution Eagle Scout Recognition Certificate by Halifax Resolves Chapter Past President Ken Wilson “For outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership and citizenship evidenced by his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout.”
