The Halifax Community College was recently awarded the Sons of the American Revolution Flag Certificate for properly displaying the United States flag. HCC President Dr. Michael Elam and Mr. Allen Purser accepted the certificate on behalf of the college.  The certificate was presented by Halifax Resolves Chapter VP R.J. Myrick.
