The Halifax Resolves Chapter NC SAR participated in the Memorial Day Ceremony at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids with AMVETS Post 101 & AMVETS Post 320. Light rain showers did not hamper the ceremony that was well attended by various organizations and the public.  Chapter Chaplain Rev. Duncan Jones gave the Invocation & Benediction while Chapter President Ken Wilson was the keynote speaker and presented the chapter wreath.  Also in attendance were chapter members J. Rives Manning, E.C. Bobbitt and Donald Oakes.
