At the end-of-year awards ceremony for the Cherokee High School AJROTC, Compatriots Bill McEntire, Col David McCracken and Chapter President the Honorable Joe Sam Queen presented the SAR JROTC medal to cadet Sergeant Chance Bryant.  Col McCracken also presented a Flag Certificate to the AJROTC Department for properly displaying the American Flag at Cherokee High School.
