The 44th Annual Historic Morganton Festival is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM in downtown Morganton, North Carolina. Admission is free, featuring multiple entertainment stages, carnival rides, food vendors, and over a mile of arts and crafts.
The Colonel Alexander Erwin Chapter will be set up inside the Old Courthouse, on the 2nd floor, with displays on Rev War Weapons, Youth Program, a display on "The Battle of Cane Creek", and an information table about SAR.
