On the morning of 9 Sept, in front of the Tryon Palace in downtown New Bern, three (3) new members were inducted into the New Bern Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.  The new inductees were Glen Carpenter, who’s Patriot Ancestor was Ralph Reagan; David Webster, who’s Patriot Ancestor was Daniel Smithson; and David’s son, Joseph Webster.  Congrats and welcome aboard to all three of our newest SAR members!
