New COL Alexander Erwin Chapter is Chartered

The 27th and newest North Carolina SAR chapter is the COL Alexander Erwin chapter in Morganton, NC. The new president of the COL Alexander Erwin chapter is Wayne Davis. They have a total of 17 new members beginning their chapter.
