The City of Roanoke Rapids has requested an SAR color guard to lead the 2018 Christmas Parade.  Participants should meet in the South parking lot of the Kirkwood Adams Community Center, 1100 Hamilton St. NLT 1:30 pm.  Line up is at 1:45 with a 2:00 step-off.  This is a 1.5 mile march.  Participants who would like to stage their vehicle at the parade destination should be on hand NLT 12:45 pm.  A Dutch treat luncheon will held at Ralph’s BBQ, 1400 Julian Allsbrook Hwy, Weldon, NC at 11:15.
