The NCSSAR will be chartering its newest chapter on September 3, 2016. This will be an historic event because the Patriot Isaac Carter Chapter will be the SAR’s first predominantly African-African chapter and its first chapter to be named after an African-American Patriot!
Patriot Isaac Carter Chapter Chartering Ceremony – RSVP Enclosure
We know that you will want to be with us to celebrate this historic event, but space will be limited. Also, remember that this will be Labor Day Weekend and Havelock is only a half-hour from North Carolina’s Crystal Coast, so motel rooms will also be in short supply — so reserve your seats and motel rooms early!
Tickets are $25 and include a buffet supper of Good Ole Eastern Carolina Pork BBQ and Fried Chicken with all the fixings (cole slaw, potato salad, hushpuppies, banana pudding, pecan pie, and iced tea)! Any questions, please contact Guy Higgins at or call 252.327.7752.
