    Participant check-in will begin at 9:45. A.M.

    Weapons check for Color Guard members will be 9:45 A. M.

    Color Guard assembly will be promptly at 10:00 A.M.

    Consult your Color Guard Commander for additional details.

    The keynote speaker will be Dr Carole Troxler, Professor Emerita, Elon University

    A post event luncheon will be held at the Halifax UMC, 152 S. King St. following the program.

    RSVP must be made in advance.  Availability is limited.
