A block of rooms has been reserved for participants at the Hilton Garden Inn at a cost of $96.00/night. Reservations may be made online with the reservation code of HALRES or by calling the hotel direct at 252-519-2333. This block of rooms will be released on April 1st. After that date the rooms will be $129.00/night. Participant event check-in will begin at 9:45. am on April 12th. Weapons check for Color Guard members will be 10:15 a. m. Late arriving members with weapons will not be allowed to carry weapons in the ceremony.
