Each year, the Sons of the American Revolution organization will present one member, out of it’s over 35,000 members, the “General William C. Westmoreland Award.”  This Award is in recognition of the member’s “Outstanding SAR Volunteerism, for his Service to Veterans”.  On September 8^th, the “2020 General William C.
